2. Hosting and Management

To maintain optimal performance, SplitFire Graphics offers ongoing hosting and management services for a monthly fee. This service ensures your website remains live, secure, and up-to-date.

3. Self-Management Option

Clients who choose to manage their website independently can opt for our Self-Management Option for a one-time fee of $1,000.

Conditions for Self-Management:
a. Upon full payment, all necessary website files and access credentials will be transferred.
b. Clients assume responsibility for hosting, updates, and maintenance after the transfer.
c. SplitFire Graphics will no longer provide support or management once the website is transferred.

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before design work begins.
• The $1,000 Self-Management fee must be paid in full prior to the transfer of website files.

5. Refund Policy

• Payments for web design services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• The Self-Management Option fee is non-refundable after the website transfer is completed.

6. Termination of Services

Clients may terminate monthly management services with written notice.

• 30-Day Cancellation Policy: If canceling monthly services, one final payment will be billed.
• Clients must either opt for the Self-Management Option or the website will be taken offline after hosting services are discontinued.
