Introduction
At SplitFire Graphics, we are dedicated to providing high-quality web design services tailored to the specific needs of our clients. This Web Design Policy outlines the terms of our services, hosting, and management options to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.

1. Web Design Services
SplitFire Graphics offers professional web design services customized to align with your brand and business objectives. Our design package includes design, development, and initial setup on our hosting platform.

2. Hosting and Management
Upon completion of the website, SplitFire Graphics provides mandatory ongoing website management and hosting services for a monthly fee. This service ensures your website remains live, updated, and fully operational.

3. Self-Management Option
For clients who no longer wish to continue with the monthly management service, SplitFire Graphics offers a Self-Management Option for a one-time fee of $1,000. This option allows clients to fully take over the management of their website, including hosting, updates, and maintenance.

  • Conditions for Self-Management:
    a. Upon payment of the $1,000 Self-Management fee, SplitFire Graphics will transfer all necessary website files and access to the client.
    b. Clients are responsible for setting up and managing their own hosting and all technical aspects of the website after the transfer.
    c. Once transferred, SplitFire Graphics will no longer provide support, maintenance, or management for the website.

4. Payment Terms
Full payment for web design services is required before work begins. Clients opting for the Self-Management Option must pay the $1,000 fee in full prior to the transfer of website files and hosting responsibilities.

5. Refund Policy
All payments for web design services are non-refundable once work has commenced. The Self-Management Option fee is non-refundable after the transfer of the website is completed.

6. Termination of Services
Clients may terminate monthly management services by providing written notice to SplitFire Graphics. Upon termination, clients must either opt for the Self-Management Option or the website will be taken offline once hosting and management services are discontinued.

7. Changes to the Policy
SplitFire Graphics reserves the right to modify or update this Web Design Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected in the most current version of this document and communicated to clients as necessary.

THERE IS A 30 DAY CANCELATION POLICY, IF CANCELING A MONTHLY SERVICE YOU WILL BE BILLED ONE MORE TIME.
