2. Logo Designs

• Upon full payment, customers receive the source files for logo designs

• Clients have unrestricted rights to use the logo for personal or commercial purposes

• SplitFire Graphics LLC retains the original copyright, even after the source files are provided

3. Other Graphic Designs

• SplitFire Graphics LLC retains ownership of all source files for non-logo designs (e.g., car wraps, flyers, banners)

• Customers are provided with a JPG file for approval and usage

• Source files can be purchased for a fee equal to 5x the original design cost

• SplitFire Graphics LLC maintains the original copyright, regardless of source file purchases

4. Logo Vectorization Disclaimer
SplitFire Graphics offers logo vectorization services for a fee. This process involves recreating your provided logo into a scalable vector format suitable for high-resolution printing and other applications. Upon completion, you will receive the vector source files, allowing you to use and reproduce the logo as needed.

Please note: SplitFire Graphics does not claim ownership of your existing logo, nor do we verify the originality or copyright status of logos submitted for vectorization. By requesting this service, you acknowledge that you have the rights to use the original logo. We do not assume liability for any copyright claims or disputes related to the original logo design.

Vectorization does not transfer or assign ownership of any underlying copyright. It is your responsibility to ensure that the logo you provide does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Usage Rights

• Final designs can be used for their intended purpose upon full payment of the design fees

• If clients wish to use designs with another print shop, the source files must be purchased

• Designs may not be altered, edited, or redistributed without prior written consent from SplitFire Graphics LLC

• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution requires explicit permission

6. Transfer of Copyright

• Customers purchasing source files gain the right to use, reproduce, or modify the design

• SplitFire Graphics LLC retains the original copyright for all designs, even after source file purchase

• Reselling or distributing source files is strictly prohibited without prior written approval

7. Enforcement and Violations
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of SplitFire Graphics LLC’s designs constitutes a copyright violation. Legal action may be pursued against any party infringing on these terms.

8. Payment Policy
Payment must be made in full before any design work begins. This policy ensures mutual commitment and adherence to project guidelines.

9. Agreement
By using SplitFire Graphics LLC services, clients agree to the terms outlined in this policy. These rules apply to all transactions and do not require a signature to be enforced.
