Introduction
This document outlines the copyright policy for SplitFire Graphics LLC. By engaging with our services, customers agree to the terms outlined herein regarding the creation, usage, and ownership of graphic designs, including logos, car wraps, flyers, banners, business cards, and other designs.

1. Copyright Ownership
All graphic designs created by SplitFire Graphics LLC are the intellectual property of SplitFire Graphics LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, logos, car wraps, flyers, banners, business cards, and any other graphic materials produced by our team.

2. Logo Designs
– Upon payment of the design fee for a logo, SplitFire Graphics LLC will provide the customer with the source files (copyright files).
– The customer will have full rights to use the logo for any personal or commercial purposes.
– Despite the transfer of the source files, SplitFire Graphics LLC retains the original copyright rights to the design.

3. Other Graphic Designs
– For all other graphic designs (e.g., car wraps, flyers, banners, business cards), SplitFire Graphics LLC retains ownership of the source files.
– Customers are provided with a JPG of the artwork during the approval process.
– If customers wish to obtain the source files, they can be purchased for a fee amounting to 5 times the original design fee.
– SplitFire Graphics LLC retains the original copyright rights to all designs created, even if the customer purchases the source files.

4. Usage Rights
– Customers are granted the right to use the final designs for their intended purpose upon full payment of the design fees, which are based on the understanding that printing services will be provided by SplitFire Graphics LLC. If customers choose to use the designs through a different print shop, the source files must be purchased separately.
– Designs cannot be altered, edited, or modified without prior written consent from SplitFire Graphics LLC.
– Any reproduction or redistribution of the designs beyond the agreed scope requires explicit permission from SplitFire Graphics LLC.

5. Transfer of Copyright
– If a customer purchases the source files for any design, they obtain the right to use, reproduce, and modify the design.
– SplitFire Graphics LLC retains the original copyright rights to the design even after the customer purchases the source files.
– Customers are prohibited from reselling or distributing the source files or designs without prior written consent from SplitFire Graphics LLC.

6. Enforcement and Violations
– Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of SplitFire Graphics LLC designs will be considered a violation of this copyright policy.
– SplitFire Graphics LLC reserves the right to take legal action against any party that violates the terms of this policy.

7. Agreement
By engaging with SplitFire Graphics LLC for any graphic design services, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this copyright policy. All copyright rules apply with any and all transactions without requiring a signature.

8. Payment Policy
Payment is required in full before any design work begins. This ensures the commitment and engagement of both parties to the project.
