1. Services Provided
SplitFire Graphics LLC specializes in graphic design and printing services, including but not limited to:

• Logos, car wraps, flyers, banners, business cards, and other graphic materials

• Installation services for select products

2. Design Disclaimer
SplitFire Graphics LLC is not responsible for slight variations in color, appearance, or functionality that may occur once a design is printed. Colors may appear differently on screen than they do in print due to differences in screen calibration, print materials, and finishes. Exact color matching is not guaranteed, especially when matching previously printed items or designs viewed digitally.

Additionally, elements such as QR codes may perform differently once printed. While they may scan properly on screen, factors like size, contrast, material, and print method can affect their functionality in the final product. Although we may provide guidance during the design process, the final responsibility for verifying color accuracy and QR code usability lies with the customer.

3. Copyright and Ownership
All designs created by SplitFire Graphics LLC are the intellectual property of our company, ensuring the protection of creative integrity.

Logo Designs

• Customers receive source files (copyright files) upon full payment

• SplitFire Graphics LLC retains original copyright rights for all logos created

Other Graphic Designs

• Customers are provided with JPG files for approval and usage

• Source files are available for purchase at a fee equal to 5x the original design cost

• SplitFire Graphics LLC retains original copyright rights, even when source files are purchased

4. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full before any design work begins, ensuring mutual commitment and engagement in the project.

5. Usage Rights

• Customers can use final designs for their intended purpose upon full payment

• Alteration, editing, or modification of designs requires prior written consent from SplitFire Graphics LLC

• Reproduction or redistribution outside the agreed scope is prohibited without explicit permission

6. Transfer of Copyright

• Purchasing source files grants the right to use, reproduce, and modify the design

• SplitFire Graphics LLC retains original copyright rights for all designs

• Reselling or distributing source files without prior consent is strictly prohibited

7. Logo Vectorization
SplitFire Graphics offers logo vectorization services for a fee. This process involves recreating your provided logo into a scalable vector format suitable for high-resolution printing and other applications. Upon completion, you will receive the vector source files, allowing you to use and reproduce the logo as needed.

Please note:
SplitFire Graphics does not claim ownership of your existing logo, nor do we verify the originality or copyright status of logos submitted for vectorization. By requesting this service, you acknowledge that you have the rights to use the original logo. We do not assume liability for any copyright claims or disputes related to the original logo design.

Vectorization does not transfer or assign ownership of any underlying copyright. It is your responsibility to ensure that the logo you provide does not infringe on any third-party rights.

8. No Warranty
All designs and services are provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

9. Limitation of Liability
SplitFire Graphics LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from the use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of California courts.

12. Agreement
By using SplitFire Graphics LLC’s services, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms. All copyright rules are enforceable without requiring a signature.
